Who We Are
CCG Labs was founded by Brian Reich in February 2026. While the company is new, the experience behind it is anything but. Brian has been building websites and custom software since 2003, first under Reich Web Consulting (2003-2018), then through six years of full-time engineering work that reinforced one important lesson: he does his best work with direct client relationships and the autonomy to do things right.
That's what CCG Labs is — an agency and code foundry built on 20+ years of experience and a pretty simple concept: our work should be enjoyable and leave the world better than we found it. We're based in Winfield, PA, serving clients across Central Pennsylvania and beyond.
We use AI as a tool, not a crutch. We actively validate against AI-generated slop, reduce token consumption at every turn, and never apply AI where a traditional solution does the job just fine. When we use it, we use it to work faster and better.
