CCG Labs ("we", "us", "our") operates the website ccglabs.net. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our site.
Information We Collect
This website is a static site and does not use cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics services. We do not collect personal information automatically when you visit our site.
If you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, the topic you choose, and your message. Along with it, the form sends the address of the page you sent it from, the address of the page you were on just before it (another page of ours, or the site that linked you here), and any campaign tags in the address of the page you sent it from (such as utm_source). We keep those addresses without their query strings. The message is stored in CCG Labs' own client management system and emailed to us so we can reply.
If you email us at collaboration@ccglabs.net instead, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message. Either way, we use your contact details and message solely to respond to your inquiry, and the page addresses and campaign tags only to see how people find us.
How We Use Your Information
Any information you provide through the form or by email is used only to communicate with you about potential projects or inquiries. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.
Third-Party Services
This site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) using S3 and CloudFront. AWS may collect standard server logs including IP addresses and request metadata as part of normal CDN operations. See AWS Privacy Policy for details. Our client management system, which receives contact form messages, also runs on AWS.
Data Retention
We retain contact form messages and email correspondence for as long as necessary to maintain our business relationship or respond to inquiries. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us.
Children's Privacy
Our site is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
